Ciara is a public interest lawyer with 20+ years' experience in human rights evaluation, advocacy and public policy. She is interested in ethical issues on the edge of legality, and expanding human rights and principles of justice to oblige ethical action. Ciara is completing her dissertation on the concept of relational autonomy, specifically, what feminist hard cases can teach us about the effect of social conditions on autonomous choice formation.
