Lewis is a DPhil candidate in philosophy at the University of Oxford. His doctoral research, concerning the implications of normative nihilism, is supervised by Professor Guy Kahane and Professor Roger Crisp. Lewis is the 2021 Ryle / T.H. Green Moral Philosophy Scholar and a recipient of a Global Priorities Fellowship. His work has been published in Ethics, and has been presented at New York University, the University of Southampton, and the University of Manchester, amongst others.
